Packing Guide

Confused on the best way to protect your valuable collectables while they are in transit? Follow our step-by-step guide to make this process secure and easy:

Recommended Packing

Follow these simple steps to ensure your cards are protected:

Step 1.

Place each card that is being submitted into it's own card sleeve.

Step 2.

Place a post-it note or page tag on the each card sleeve. This will help with removal of the card from the card protector, thereby preventing damage during removal. Next, place the tagged card sleeve into a toploader.

Step 3.

Stack your cards in the same order that you submitted them into the Hearts system. Please include the order number on a post-it note on the card stack.

Step 4.

Place the stacked cards between two pieces of cardboard protection. Wrap one or two rubber bands around the cards and cardboard to keep the stack secure. Do not overly tighten with the rubber bands. The bands should just be tight enough to keep the cards stacked between the cardboard protection.

Step 5.

Add additional protective packing material around the card stack inside of the shipping box, e.g. bubble wrap.

Step 6.

Please ship your cards from a USPS post office. There are many shipping options that you can choose from. Ship to Hearts Authentication: P.O. Box 40, Afton, MN 55001.

Step 7.

Consider adding optional insurance with the post office for added piece of mind.
