Shipping

Policy

Hearts provides free return shipping within the continental United States. Customers have the option to add additional insurance to their shipping based on the declared value of their cards. 

Refund & Exchange

All grading services are final. We do not refund for services rendered - including if you disagree with the grade issued. Hearts, however, strives to be as transparent as possible with customers. If a client is unhappy with the grade issued, they may contact our support team, and our team will work to provide them with a detailed explanation of why the card received the grade it did. In the event that there is a misprint on the card label, or a defect with the card slab, Hearts will re-slab the card with a new label at no additional charge. Clients must notify Hearts within 30 days of receiving their graded cards of a misprint or slab defect.

Pre-graded cards may be returned within 14 days of there arrival date at a clients shipping address. Cards must be returned in the same condition they were received to receive a full refund. All shipping cost for returned pre-graded cards are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact customer service to start a return.

Warranty

Hearts guarantees that graded cards are authentic. In the unlikely event that a card graded by Hearts was shown to be fake, Hearts will return the service fees for the cards grading services.
